Average nutritional values: per capsule: flaxseed oil 500 mg, of which alpha-linolenic acid 290 mg, linoleic acid 75 mg, oleic acid 85 mg, vitamin E 10 mg. Per 2 capsules: flaxseed oil 1000 mg, alpha-linolenic acid 580 mg, linoleic acid 150 mg, oleic acid 170 mg, vitamin E 20 mg.

Directions for use: Adults, 2 capsules per day with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
