Vliwaktiv is a sterile absorbent dressing with activated charcoal. It combines a low-adherence absorbent pad with an absorbent dressing. Its structure facilitates the passage of exudates into the absorbent core.

Composition: activated charcoal fiber, viscose, polyamide, cellulose, polypropylene, hotmelt adhesive (synthetic polymer with resins and waxes).

Fields of application: suitable as a secondary dressing for superficial, moderately to heavily exuding wounds.

Properties: good absorption capacity, soft and flexible, skin-friendly and breathable.

Advice: do not cut, as activated charcoal particles could enter the wound.
