UrgoTül is a flexible and conformable contact layer for wounds, featuring lipidocolloid technology (TLC). It maintains a moist environment and is non-occlusive. Thanks to its composition, it does not adhere to the wound or its edges, allowing for atraumatic removal. Its high conformability makes it suitable for irregular wounds and difficult-to-reach areas.
Application:
- Clean the wound according to the standard protocol.
- Remove the protective film and apply the mesh directly to the wound.
- Cover with a suitable secondary dressing and secure with a bandage or medical tape.
- Can be cut to the desired dimensions.
- Change the dressing according to the type of wound, generally every 2 days.
