Urgo Urgotül wound dressing (5x5 cm, 10 pieces)

Lipido-colloid gauze dressing: UrgoTül is a flexible, non-occlusive dressing composed of a fine polyester fiber mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid particles (carboxymethylcellulose), paraffin, petroleum jelly, and polymers.

Upon contact with wound exudate, a lipido-colloid boundary layer forms. The dressing does not adhere to the wound or its edges, thereby facilitating its removal.

Application: Clean the wound according to the standard protocol. Remove the protective film and apply UrgoTül directly to the wound. Cover with a secondary dressing suitable for the volume of exudate and secure using an extensible bandage, extensible adhesive tape, or an elastic tubular bandage. The dressing can be cut with a sterile instrument to fit the shape of the wound. As a general rule, UrgoTül is changed every 2 days or more, depending on the condition of the wound.
