UrgoTül is a flexible and conformable gauze dressing featuring Lipidocolloid Technology (TLC). Non-occlusive, it does not feel greasy despite its petrolatum content. It does not adhere to the wound or its edges, allowing for generally painless and atraumatic dressing changes.

Thanks to its excellent conformability, it is particularly suitable for irregular wounds, hard-to-reach areas, and packing deep wounds.

Upon contact with exudate, the hydrocolloid particles gel and form, together with the petrolatum, a lipidocolloid layer that detaches without traumatizing newly formed tissue.

Instructions for use: Clean the wound according to the usual protocol. If an antiseptic has been used, rinse thoroughly with saline solution. Remove the protective film and apply directly to the wound. Cover with a secondary dressing appropriate for the volume of exudate and secure with an extensible bandage, adhesive tape, or an elastic tubular bandage. The dressing can be cut with sterile scissors to adapt to the size of the wound. The frequency of changes depends on the type of wound and the clinical condition.
