Urgo Medical Optiskin Adhesive Dressing 20 x 9cm 5 units

Optiskin Dressing is a transparent, sterile polyurethane dressing with a pad used to protect the skin aseptically, like a second skin. Consists of 2 elements:

• air-permeable backing, a thin TRANSPARENT polyurethane film coated with an acrylic adhesive mass covered by 2 handling tabs. Covered on top with a removable polypropylene film that facilitates application.
• a central non-woven pad covered with a non-adherent protective veil.

Semi-permeable dressing: waterproof (shower and bath possible) and bacteria-proof, permeable to air and water vapor. Its transparency allows for visual monitoring; it can remain in place for up to 7 days. Painless removal due to its non-adherence to the wound and its stretch-removal technique. The flexibility of the dressing allows it to follow all movements of the skin, even in its smallest folds. It adheres securely and durably to the skin thanks to a hypoallergenic adhesive.
