The Ligacast Anatomic brace is an ankle stabilizer featuring particularly flexible edges to ensure patient comfort. The anatomically shaped foam inserts firmly support the foot and adapt to the swelling of the malleoli. An adjustable strap is provided under the heel to adapt the brace to the width of the foot.

Application

Always wear an absorbent, well-fitting sock under the brace. Slide the foot between the shells, ensuring the malleoli are properly positioned. The pictogram indicates the front of the brace. Adjust the length of the heel strap if necessary. Close the hook-and-loop fasteners, first the bottom one then the top one. Do not pull the strap too tightly to avoid restricting blood circulation.
