This food supplement contains silica, calcium, and vitamin C. Each capsule provides 250 mg of silica, 40 mg of calcium, and 25 mg of vitamin C. It is intended for the beauty of the skin, hair, and nails.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid. If swallowing is difficult, the capsules can be opened and their contents mixed with a liquid.

Ingredients: Silica (51%), calcium carbonate (8% calcium), capsule: bovine gelatin, vitamin C (5%), corn starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
