The 500 mg fish oil Omega-3 capsules provide your body with important polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids in concentrated form. They contain high-quality fish oil with a content of at least 30% omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA (approx. 18%), DHA (approx. 12%), and DPA (approx. 2.5%). These highly unsaturated fatty acids cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be regularly supplied through the diet.

Usage and recommended intake

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day without chewing, with sufficient liquid, before meals. Observe the recommended daily dose and do not exceed it. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
