Red Clover Flower Tea

In folk medicine, red clover was already used in the early Middle Ages by Hildegard of Bingen.

Ingredients: 100% dried red clover flowers.

Preparation: Pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of tea and let steep for 10 minutes.

Storage: Store in a dry place, away from light, and at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
