A high-fiber dietary supplement

Oligofructose is a dietary fiber found in many vegetables, fruits, and grains (wheat, asparagus, etc.). This product is derived from chicory.

This soluble fiber has a mild sweetening power (approximately 30% of the sweetness of sugar) with no unpleasant aftertaste. It improves the taste of dishes, particularly fermented dairy products like yogurt or fromage blanc with fruit, as oligofructose enhances the natural aroma of the fruit.

The powder is cold-soluble and makes a fiber-rich addition to various dishes.

Instructions for use

Add 2 g of oligofructose powder to food, 1 to 2 times a day. Do not exceed a daily dose of 10 to 12 g, as this may cause digestive discomfort such as bloating.

Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Close tightly after opening, as the product absorbs moisture.
