Solgar Calcium Magnesium Citrate (50 tablets)

Composition: Each tablet contains 200 mg of calcium and 100 mg of magnesium (citrate). The use of citrates allows for absorption without the need for stomach acid. The dark glass bottle protects the contents from light, moisture, and oxygen.

Ingredients: Calcium (citrate), magnesium (oxide, citrate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerin, carnauba wax).

Nutritional intake for 5 tablets: Calcium: 1000 mg (125% RI*), Magnesium: 500 mg (133% RI*). *Reference Intake.

Directions for use: Adults: 5 tablets per day, preferably to be swallowed during a meal.
