Seitenbacher® sourdough bread (935 g)

Seitenbacher® Landbrot is a dark farmhouse bread made from rye and wheat. This bread mix, intentionally free of additives, is designed for home baking.

The package contains all the ingredients for 1 to 2 loaves:

• Natural flour blend with sea salt
• Ready-to-use natural sourdough
• Dry yeast
• Detailed baking instructions

Ingredients: rye flour T1370, wheat flour T812, sourdough (whole grain rye flour, water, sourdough cultures), dry yeast, sea salt.

Content: 935 g, consisting of 765 g flour blend with sea salt, 2 x 75 g sourdough, and 2 x 10 g yeast.

Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 1266 kJ / 299 kcal, fat 1 g, carbohydrates 59 g, fiber 7 g, protein 10 g, salt 1 g.

Storage: store in a cool (6-25 °C) place away from light.
