Properties: This is a food product. Organic tea with cut olive leaves, from controlled organic farming (DE-ÖKO039). It produces a golden infusion with a mild bitterness and a slight sweetness. Organic label (EU/non-EU).
Usage: For one cup, pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons. Let steep for 4 to 8 minutes maximum, then strain. Sweeten with honey if desired. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
