Rapunzel Himalayan Basmati white rice (1000 g)

Description: Basmati rice is grown and harvested on traditional terraces. After harvest, the grain is cleaned, husked, polished and packaged.

Usage: Perfectly suited to Oriental and Asian cuisine, ideal as a fragrant side dish.

Preparation: For 250g of rice, bring double the amount of water to a boil. Add the rice and let simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes over low heat, lid closed. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Salt the rice only after cooking.
