Product: RAPUNZEL Organic Agar Agar powder, an ideal gelatin substitute for cooking and baking.

Ingredient: Agar.

Instructions: For 1/2 L of liquid or 500 g of fruit, use 1 level teaspoon of agar agar; for 500 g of terrines and puddings to be unmolded, use 2 teaspoons. Mix the agar agar while cold until smooth, bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir a portion of the cream into the hot agar agar, let cool slightly, then quickly stir in the rest of the cream. The mixture will only set while cooling.

Storage: Store in a cool place (6-25 °C) away from light, and keep out of reach of young children.
