3 times a day, on a neutral support.
Daily dose for 6 drops: 248 mg
Children: 1 drop 3 times a day on a neutral support.
Daily dose for 3 drops: 124 mg

Indications:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To be taken as a supplement to a varied and balanced diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use in children under 7 years of age without medical advice.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of epilepsy, and in people hypersensitive to Essential Oils.
Never take orally undiluted without a carrier. Never take more than 2 drops per dose, or more than 8 drops per day.
