Powdered food supplement with calcium, magnesium, iron, and vitamin K2.

Ingredients: lactose, calcium citrate, calcium phosphate, magnesium citrate, magnesium phosphate, marine limestone (Lithothamnium calcareum), iron citrate, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), iron phosphate.

Directions for use: take 2 level teaspoons (= 9 g) twice a day. Dissolve the powder in a little water and drink.

Precautions for use: store at room temperature (15-25 °C). If you are taking anticoagulant medication, consult a doctor before consuming vitamin K-based preparations.
