Description:

Oemine Lax natural food supplement is formulated with organic blond psyllium combined with sodium bicarbonate and magnesium chloride.

Blond psyllium is rich in fiber and supports intestinal transit and digestion.

Directions for use:

Take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a large glass of water or after the evening meal, then drink plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry place away from heat. Keep out of reach of children. This product should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
