Organic roasted and ground tiger nuts. Sourced from controlled organic farming, the tiger nut tubers are grown in Spain.

These tiger nuts are distinguished by their high fiber content, their richness in vitamin E, minerals and trace elements (magnesium, iron, calcium, etc.), and good fats. Their naturally sweet taste is reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts.
