Properties:

Spirulina is a micro-alga that is recommended during a slimming diet to help maintain muscle mass.
This spiral-shaped micro-alga appeared on Earth some 4 billion years ago.
It grows in colonies on freshwater lakes in Mexico and Chad, where it is harvested and dried to enrich the daily diet.
Naturactive spirulina contains up to 70% protein (twice as much as soy).
It also contains essential fatty acids, vitamins and mineral salts (iron, magnesium, chromium, etc.).
This concentration of nutrients makes it a valuable supplement for maintaining muscle mass during a slimming diet and for athletes' diets.

Directions for use:

For adults only.
2 to 3 capsules per day (i.e. 600 to 900 mg of spirulina per day) to be taken with a large glass of water.
This food supplement must be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
