NatuGena Lutein & Zeaxanthin (60 capsules)

Food supplement based on lutein and zeaxanthin, natural carotenoids extracted from the Tagetes erecta flower (African marigold).

Ingredients: Tagetes erecta extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), MCT coconut oil, retinyl acetate (vitamin A).

Nutritional values per capsule:

• Tagetes erecta extract: 225 mg (of which 25 mg lutein and 5 mg zeaxanthin)
• Vitamin A: 75 µg

Recommended daily dose (2 capsules):

• Tagetes erecta extract: 450 mg (of which 50 mg lutein and 10 mg zeaxanthin)
• Vitamin A: 150 µg

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules once a day, ideally with a fat-rich meal and 250 ml of lukewarm water. Tip: consume with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to improve bioavailability.
