NatuGena's Silicon Complex 3 combines three plant-based sources of silicon: field horsetail, bamboo, and nettle. It also contains vitamin C from acerola extract. This dietary supplement is offered in vegetable capsules (HPMC).

Composition per daily dose (2 capsules)

• Bamboo extract: 666 mg (including 500 mg of bonded silicon)
• Nettle extract: 200 mg
• Field horsetail: 53 mg
• Acerola extract: 100 mg (including 25 mg of vitamin C)

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules once a day, ideally 30 minutes before a meal, with 250 ml of room-temperature water.

Precautions for use

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store at a temperature between 6 and 25°C, away from light, and out of reach of young children. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
