• Nettle: Rich in vitamins and minerals, it prefers to grow in nutrient-rich soil and is distinguished by its slightly bitter taste.
• Peppermint: With its refreshing and intense aroma, it grows in temperate climates and is particularly valued for its essential oils.
• Lemon balm: Known for its lemony scent and taste, lemon balm is often found in sunny gardens and sheltered spots.
• Chamomile: With its mild, floral taste, it prefers to grow in sunny meadows and fields and is known for its characteristic white flowers.
• Milk thistle: This vigorous plant, which thrives in Mediterranean climates, has a slightly bitter taste and distinctive purple flowers. Milk thistle also contains the characteristic plant substance silymarin.
• Artichoke: It prefers a Mediterranean climate; its tender leaves and slightly bitter taste make it a special ingredient in our blend. Artichokes also contain cynarin, which is a biologically active component.
