Directions: Infusion: Place the selected herbs in cold water and bring to a boil.

Decoction: Place the herbs in cold water, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and infuse for another ten minutes before straining.

Maceration: Let macerate overnight in water brought to a boil before boiling and then straining.
