Mepilex Border Flex Lite foam dressing (10 pieces)

This flexible foam dressing uses 360° Flex technology for optimal adaptation in all directions, reducing skin tension and improving wearing comfort. Thanks to the Y-shaped cuts, it follows body movements and stays securely in place, even on joint areas.

Structure and functions

The 4-layer structure includes a foam layer and a distribution layer that effectively absorb and distribute exudate. Exudate monitoring dots on the highly breathable backing film facilitate the observation and documentation of exudate spread, helping to avoid unnecessary dressing changes. The backing film is also waterproof, allowing the patient to shower.

Application

Apply the dressing directly to the cleaned area, ensuring the Safetac contact layer completely covers the area to be protected. Then, press the adhesive border for a secure fixation.
