Melgisorb Plus 10x20 cm

Melgisorb® Plus is an alginate fibre dressing that absorbs large amounts of wound exudate. Upon absorption, the fibres form a soft, moist gel, creating a moist healing environment. The gel is easily removed by irrigation with 0.9% physiological saline solution.

Soft, supple and flexible, this non-irritating dressing can be cut to size. It conforms to body contours and offers high wet strength for easy, one-piece removal.
