• A set of elements providing a "system solution" to simplify and secure care while respecting the environment (hydroalcoholic gel, waste disposal bag [sharps prohibited] conforming to the new AFNOR NF standard, February 2001).
• A set of information offered to patients and caregivers (use protocol, toll-free number, prescription aid).
