• A set of items providing a "system solution" to simplify and secure care while respecting the environment (hydroalcoholic gel, healthcare waste bag [sharps prohibited] compliant with the new AFNOR NF standard, February 2001).
• A set of information offered to patients and caregivers (user protocol, toll-free number, prescription assistance).
