Lomatuell Pro is a gelling wound contact layer. The recommended dressing change interval is 2 to 4 days. Depending on the condition of the wound, the dressing may be left in place longer (up to 7 days) or for a shorter period.

Composition: Polyester mesh tulle impregnated with a coating mass consisting of a polymer matrix (an elastically deformable fixing mass), petroleum jelly, and hydrocolloid.
