Lomatuell Pro is a sterile contact mesh that forms a gel. Composed of a polyester fiber mesh impregnated with a polymer matrix, petrolatum, and hydrocolloid, it is designed for wound care.

Properties:

• Formation of a gel layer from petrolatum and hydrocolloid particles.
• Atraumatic dressing changes, without adhering to the wound.
• Simple application, can be used on both sides.
• Can be cut to fit different sizes and areas.
• Flexible, conforming material.
• Good exudate flow into the secondary dressing.
• Painless dressing changes.
• Can be combined with negative pressure wound therapy (as a wound contact layer).

Dressing change interval: Generally recommended every 2 to 4 days, may be extended up to 7 days depending on the state of the wound.
