Lomatuell H is a hydrophobic, ready-to-use paraffin gauze dressing, impregnated with white petrolatum and covered on both sides with parchment paper. It is designed for the gentle care of superficial wounds. The wide-mesh gauze allows for the drainage of exudate, and the white petrolatum prevents adhesion to the wound, thus enabling atraumatic dressing changes. The product can be cut to size.

Composition: cotton (wide-mesh knitted gauze) and white petrolatum, covered with parchment paper.
