Description: Instant soup based on rice miso, prepared according to a traditional Japanese recipe with miso and wakame seaweed. Miso is a fermented soybean paste that has been used for over 1,300 years in the Far East. This soup, highly appreciated by Lima customers, has been part of the range for over 20 years.

Ingredients: Freeze-dried rice miso 89% (soybeans, rice, sea salt, barley, A. oryzae), dried spring onion, wakame seaweed 4%.

Usage: Pour the contents of a sachet into a cup, add boiling water, mix well, and enjoy.
