Balsam fir oil was once used by Native Americans, who recognized its antiseptic and invigorating properties, and used it to treat coughs and respiratory ailments.

Instructions for use:

• In culinary preparations: 1 drop to enhance the taste.
• On the skin: It can be used diluted in a vegetable oil for liniments or massage.
• In diffusion: It can be diffused alone or in combination with other essential oils.

Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
