Properties:
Essential oil made from cardamom, Elletaria cardamomum.
Directions for use:
Oral use: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 1 teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil or on a neutral tablet, 1 to 2 times a day.
Indications:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 8 years old. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
