Description:

Digestive tonic, soothing. Promotes healing of damaged skin - relieves skin inflammation

Directions for use:

Massage: To relieve damaged skin - for insect bites or stings: 5 drops of essential oil diluted in a neutral vegetable oil.
To relieve headaches: Massage the temples with a few drops of Chamomile combined with a few drops of Lavender, diluted in a vegetable oil
Diffusion - inhalation: To promote good breathing, in case of stuffy nose: By diffusion, By inhalation: 5 drops of essential oil diluted in a little milk and water or 2 drops soaked on a handkerchief.
Bath: To relax: 3 drops of Matricaria Chamomile and 3 drops of Lavender in the bath

Dosage:

1 to 2 drops diluted on a tablet.
