The Intimy perineal re-education kit consists of 4 cones of different weights that allow active perineal training through the biofeedback phenomenon: driven by its weight, the cone will tend to slide out of the vagina.

The pelvic floor muscles will then react actively, contracting spontaneously and autonomously to retain the cone inside.
Active and repeated contractions promote muscle building.
The 4 cones of different weights allow for increased training intensity.
By progressively moving from the lightest to the heaviest weight, the muscular strength of the perineum is increased.
