On its own, to prevent the arrival of your period, or at the end of your cycle.
In addition to your Be'Cup or other usual sanitary protection during your period.
Every woman is unique and has a different flow.
We therefore recommend that you test the menstrual swimsuit at home first, to determine the appropriate wearing time for your flow.
