Instructions for use:

To proceed best, cut about 45 centimeters of dental floss, wrap the ends of the Inava Dentofil Gencives floss around your index fingers, then gently insert it, taut, guided by your thumbs, between your teeth.
Make a vertical motion from the gum to the tooth.
