The Cosmopor® Waterproof dressing is a waterproof and breathable dressing that is resistant to water and germs. It ensures rapid drainage of secretions and remains gentle on the skin without sticking to the wound.

Composed of a transparent, water- and germ-proof polyurethane film, it features a central wound pad. The wound contact layer is a fine-mesh, hydrophobic polyethylene net that prevents adhesion. Its drainage effect promotes the rapid removal of secretions. The hypoallergenic adhesive is breathable and gentle on the skin.
