Product properties

The OsMo-plus dressing is a sterile, non-adhesive dressing composed of a moisture-absorbing polyurethane foam and a gel membrane on a gas-permeable, germ- and liquid-resistant polyurethane film.

Thanks to its capillary structure, it rapidly absorbs and retains exudate. The gel membrane has superabsorbent properties and locks in exudate. Its absorption capacity is maintained even under compression. The backing material is flexible and adapts well to the area around the wound. OsMo-plus absorbs and cushions at the same time.
