Food supplement based on vitamins B1, B6, B12 and folic acid. The capsules contain 1.4 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 2 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 3 µg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and 300 µg of folic acid.

As the B vitamin group is water-soluble, it is not stored in the body and must be provided through diet or supplements.

Directions for use: Adults: 1 capsule per day with a liquid.

Additional information: Gluten-free, lactose-free, yeast-free. Contains mannitol (caution for diabetics). Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of children.
