Properties

Soft and comfortable foam dressing with a Safetac silicone contact layer. This absorbent dressing can be cut to size to fit different areas of the body, including difficult-to-dress areas. The silicone layer adheres gently to the skin and allows for easy removal.

Instructions for use

Clean the wound and dry the surrounding skin. Remove the protective film. Apply Mepilex, adhesive side down, to the area around the wound, extending at least 2 cm beyond it, without stretching. Secure the dressing individually according to the location, for example with a bandage.
