For securing dressings on all parts of the body, especially on joints. The elastic and cohesive fixation bandage is coated with a latex-free synthetic polymer. This allows the individual layers to adhere particularly well to each other. This ensures optimal support without creasing, with quick and material-efficient application. Thanks to its special weaving technique and highly elastic, crimped polyamide threads, Elastomull haft has excellent elasticity that is maintained even during prolonged wear. Elastomull haft is composed of 40% cotton, 30% viscose, and 30% polyamide.

Use: For securing dressings on all parts of the body, especially on joints: for securing plaster splints, etc., as an anti-slip base under compression bandages, as a light support bandage, e.g., after the removal of a cast or strapping.

Duration of use: short-term, from one to several days.
