Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot System tablets offer a 2-phase function for a rapid and long-term supply of magnesium. Thanks to a specially developed manufacturing process, a new two-layer tablet is created, which releases magnesium gradually into the body. And this, with just one tablet per day.
DIRECT PHASE: The direct phase provides 200 mg of magnesium with a 50 mg citrate content in combination with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.
DEPOT PHASE: The depot phase provides 200 mg of magnesium with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.
