Food supplement based on coenzyme Q10 (200 mg per daily dose) and B vitamins. Each capsule contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin E, and selenium.

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance belonging to the ubiquinone group. It is present in certain organs such as the heart, kidneys, and liver, as well as in the muscles. The body can produce it, but this ability decreases with age. It is found notably in fish, eggs, liver, muscle meat, nuts, legumes, and corn.

B Vitamins: B vitamins cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through the diet. This supplement provides a selection of them.

Directions for use: swallow 2 capsules per day with a meal and sufficient liquid, without chewing.

Precautions: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
