Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acids), bulking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), taurine, glycine, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Directions for use

Take one tablet 1 to 3 times daily during or immediately after meals.

Precautions for use

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Magnesium may have a laxative effect at doses of 250 mg or more.
