biomo Vitamin D3 2,000 IU capsules provide a high-dose Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Suitable for children from 10 years old as well as adults, this product fits easily into a daily diet and is lactose-free and gluten-free.
Recommended intake
For adults and children from 11 years old, the recommended dose is up to 2 capsules per day, taken with sufficient liquid during a meal. Children up to 10 years old should take one capsule per day with a meal and plenty of liquid.
