Bio® Active B12™ comes in the form of round chewable or suckable tablets with a pleasant peppermint taste. Each tablet contains 600 µg of methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12.
The tablets can be sucked or chewed. When sucked, absorption occurs primarily through the oral mucosa. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 tablets per day, to be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably during a meal.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is manufactured under pharmaceutical control.
