Biatain® Super is a non-adhesive hydrocapillary dressing with a highly absorbent pad. It consists of a semi-permeable top film that is waterproof and bacteria-proof, a hydrocolloid component for adhesion, and a non-adherent wound contact layer.

Its super-absorbent particles absorb and retain large amounts of exudate, while the fibers distribute it throughout the pad, thus optimizing absorption. The high moisture vapor transmission rate contributes to effective exudate management.

Available in adhesive and non-adhesive versions. Compared to other highly absorbent dressings, it is a cost-effective solution that does not require an additional contact layer.
